XWidgetSoft Forum

I've suggested to Jim that we create a team of Xwidget specialists (you know who you are, meme, slavoo, hamid, digigamer and the like - the clever ones!) and that we commit to regularly accessing the forum and respond to any/all of the unread/unanswered queries for the product that we know something about.

This will make the forum a little more of a positive place to be, make other people more likely to post if they know they are going to receive an answer. The workload will be very, very small, it just supports Tony and Jim's efforts to make Xwidget more successful.

If you could commit to logging in and and answering posts once a week then it would really help. I am trying, through Jim, to get Tony's presence on the forums once a month to look at bugs raised and comment at the very least. Once a month should be do-able. Similar to a doctor's surgery - "The Doctor is IN". Watch this space and I will see if I can cajole Tony back to the forums on a more regular basis.

Please let me know if you are willing to commit to half an hour per week (max) to look at the forum and give an answer, no matter how brief. We can't all be experts in everything but we might be able to give a pointer.

An active forum is another of those make or break items for a product and Xwidgets needs a positive and active forum. Please nominate yourself if you feel you have the experience and do want to help.

yereverluvinuncleber this was the initial idea but unfortunately meme, hamid and digigamer are busy in real life and they can't be so active as we need. There was a period that the above members helped a lot with their suggestions and java scripts but seems that they can't do it anymore, at least not as before.. If they can come back even for a short time every week or month will be great and they're welcome of course! But I don't see so much movement around here..
