I want the widgets to appear as part of my desktop, "always on bottom". And I even found "Position - Bottom" option and checked it, but it glitches sometimes, showing widgets in front of another windows. When it happens, it helps to temporarily open "Manage Widgets" dialog (helps much better then program restart), but it still annoys. Fix this issue please.

I haven't seen that, can you try to replicate what exactly happens and when? Look for causes. It might help Tony to know how and in what special condition it occurs so that he can fix it quicker for you.

Versions? all s/w being operated at the time would also be very useful. Help him by giving him the information so he can help you.

Well, I use Windows 7 SP1 x64 and XWidget v1.9.3.1022.
Rigth now I can't tell any 100% condition to reproduce, it happens randomly, but it seems causes more glitches after running another programs, which takes much of memory etc. So it may due a lack of resources, memory swap etc.

(this one i fixed by setting "always on top" for messenger, but its not the only window causes issue, true rule should be "always on bottom" for widgets instead)

XWidget over game screen issue:

Strangely I don't see what you are seeing. I have a volume widget, just the one Xwidget on my desktop permanently, this one:

...and it always respects the layered position as set in the prefs. I do not run any other widgets so i could be down to the specific widgets you were running? Try that one I am running and see if it does the same.

I can try, but I think, it more depends of system then widgets running. Widgets from code point are just sets of configuration files and resources used by platform. But its windows order is under control of XWidget and Windows.

Yes but trying it and comparing it to another user will prove something, so just give it a try.

Windows 8 32bit
Windows 10 64bit

All work the same. As expected.

I can also confirm this happens.
For me it happens sometimes.

I can confirm that occasionally a widget's window position changes when my laptop comes out of hibernation. The value will be changed arbitrarily to 'topmost'. It happens only occasionally and randomly.
