Hi guys! Im creating a widget with several buttons to show/hide some shortcut panels, the problem is these panels are stacked on top of each other, so when i press "Button 1" not only has to show "Panel 1" but also has to hide "Panel 2", "Panel 3", "Panel 4", etc. Can someone help me with the script? Thank you in advance! |

No need to use a script for this.. Just use the "Binding TooltipControl" subtab under "Attributes" tab. (for "Select Control" select the corrisponding shortcut/button) An example: http://jimking.deviantart.com/art/XWiDo ... -371233709 |

Hi jimking!, thanks for the reply, perhaps i didn't explained my self well, let me give it an other try, this is what i have in mind, each button corresponds to a completely different "set" of shortcuts, and the layers ( were the shortcuts are going to be) overlay, so when i press lets say "B1" the layers with the shortcuts of B2, B3, B4, etc need to hide, cause otherwise they will all be visible at the same time and its gonna be a mess. Thank you again! 2015-01-15_140221.jpg [ 86.87 KiB | Viewed 2208 times ] systemtempmonitorsmallv1.xwp [40.45 KiB] Downloaded 233 times |

The "Binding TooltipControl" can be applied not only to a "text" but with any component, layer etc.. For the button 1 assign the "layer1" with the first part of the shortcuts, button 2 assign the "layer2" ect.. Now in this case I think that you need something like this: http://jimking.deviantart.com/art/Futur ... -360004839 (remember to uncheck the "visible" option for all the secondary layers) |

Hi jimking! i DID IT!! , Turns out i thought when something is Slided it stops blocking things that are behind, but it isn't so! So simply check the "Mouse Trough" checkbox and this solves it all!! now everything works alright! ...Daaayumm, it took some time but it finally worked! lol Oook now the next thing! lol, I would like to edit the Menu names at the bottom trough some pop up menu or other means than from the xwidget editor, how can i do this? any ideas?
