 Post subject: Key no longer working

The key Tony finally provided me has suddenly stopped working. I can no longer download widgets as I could for a few days. I have sent him an email but thought perhaps someone else in the forum might have a suggestion for a solution so I can get it working again. Thanks.

Hello John. I don't understand why you still have problems with your key... :?
Nothing is changed (server or gallery) so the download process should work fine!
Latest version of XWidget is the v1.9.7.808
Could you please attach a screenshot from any widget from the online gallery using the "More Widgets..." option?

Have you tried to re-install the program and re-add your pro account email-key?
Any register cleaner or a similar program that removed the pro data from your system?

The only bug that I noticed, and I have already reported to Tony, is that the red message "Upgrade to pro version" (clicking on "About") remains even after the program is upgraded it properly, adding the right email and key. But except that you can download without a problem..

Jim, I don't know what happened. It worked for 2 or 3 days and now it wants me to subscribe again. I probably have it so screwed up by now that it will never work...lol. Attached are a couple screenshots per your request. John

Hi,JohnBurns ,thanks for your purchase, but you give us a wrong email address, so we can not send the right key to you.
and I had email send the right key to you, but I recevied you chargeback...
you can purchase again,but input the right email address, and you will receive the right key email what will auto send by Avangate .

I publicly apologize to Tony and Jim about this. It seems my problem was that I did not have the latest version installed and the key would not work because of that. The update when I checked by my taskbar icon indicated it was up to date but when I went to the site, there was a new version. Once that was installed all is fine. Again I apologize for being to ignorant and not checking. Thanks to Tony and Jim.
