Hello all......

Is the subject feature supposed to work?

When I type an object name followed by a period (for example Image1.) I'm used to getting a popup that is contextual to the object before the period.

For example Image1.left or Image1.height..... What ever is contextually correct at that point.

Instead, I get a popup that appears to have EVERYTHING that is in the file autocomplete.ini. Of course, this is not very helpful

Am I doing something wrong, or do I misunderstand how this is supposed to work??

boowho??

As far as I can tell it's just to help and give you ideas as to what resources are available, not an autocomplete.

Thanks for the reply, even though it's not the answer I would have liked.

And sorry for being almost 6 months since I originally posted.

I'm wondering what the CURRENT status of this project is?

I've only "discovered" Xwidget in the last year and regard it as one truly great program.

However, it appears to me to either be dying or already dead.

Comments, anyone??

Boowho??

Just checked the Editor window. There is a checkbox labeled "autocomplete", but I don't know if that means it's supposed to work or not.

M$ Intellisense (autocomplete) uses a rather large database, so I doubt a simple .INI file would accomplish the same thing.

Boowho??
