"Only update when minute changed"
I have it enabled.

As I know is for the datetimecore. When the option is UN-checked you can use clock widgets with seconds. But is not preferable for the /battery usage. As the name says updates the core every min and not every second.
Now for the accuweather core does the same. With this enable overwrites the "Refresh Interaval" that is normally set to 30min by default.
But there is no sense set the update to every seconds because all the weather providers not only accuweather, never receive the data every such small period! So should be like this Slavoo..

I do not really understand.
Is this option has to be unchecked or checked?

If it is selected, it is refreshing every minute? Yes?

How do I set it up?
