Hi,
first of all: I like this program - it's really great.
There is something that I'm strongly missing: I need the feature of Windows to start a program as admin and the window state (especially "minimized").
It would be great if you could add this ASAP.

Actually, that would be super handy... I second a "Run As" option. :)

Hi, You can right click shortcut in XLaunchpad and select menuitem [System Menu]--[Run As administrator]

Yes, this can be a workaround, but is no comfortable solution ...
