First, great job, compliments.
Second, small issues:
1) It should to have option with relative paths choice (better is conversion button) as than it can be used like 100% trully portable (all apps always will be in accordance with XLauncher exe file). It mean not just shortcuts, also background (and maybe other thinks).
2) Customization is something what miss (but it is already known issue).
Third, real suggestion:
- It will be nice to have available Tabs at the top (better to have options for choice for position in all 4 sides) of the screen. It is not same like pages. Tabs (option for icons also) are practically another instance of XLauncher. Examples of purpose are:
a) Cyber cafe with different languges (any tab is launcher for other language applications, o.c. all are portable).
b) Office, Multimedia, Games (see lot of game launchers), ... tabs.
c) John, Mary, etc. (users in same session with different taste of launcher shortcuts organization).
d) First tab is applications, second documents, bookmarks, videos, .... (p.s. see Metro UI).
....
P.S. I have lot of rare used applications (basically all my applications are fully portable), but I dont want to have them on page no. X (it is not fast access), neither another launcher for those applications.
