Running Windows 8.1 and Xwidget 1.9.3

The current wind speed always shows 0 when in Imperial units. If I switch to Metric the speed seems correct. This is happening with any widget I download or create. For future days the speed shows just fine.....

Is this just me and if so what can i do to resolve?
