Hello rmkobige. The XWidget widgets can be edited (all parts) through the PC XDesigner OR directly from the "Edit widget" option/XDesigner of your phone.
Personally I use the first method because I find it more easy and fast.

1. Use the "Edit widget" option
2. Find the component/object you want to edit. Click/touch on it
3. Using the pc, import the new image you want or using the android under "Attributes">File patch you can do the same
Remember that:
1. using the PC editor using the "Android Mode" -> "Send to phone" mode every change do you on the widget will be shown at your phone's homescreen in real time.
2. pc or android you have to click/touch first on the component and then you will have all the available options there.
If you want more help feel free to ask. Also it will be more helpful for you (if you still can't follow the above steps) tell me the name of the widget so the instructions will be more specific.
