So, I switch my OS from Win 7 to Win 10 Pro x64, installed XWidget and it works. Ran this widget and CPU usage was as I stated above, and after running for about an hour, the CPU usage jumped up to an average of 30% to 49%. I haven't been able to narrow down the true cause -but- I'm able to go so far as to say, "This behavior is indicative to outgoing unwanted traffic being sent to a remote location." I surely hope that this isn't the case. And another weird thing -is- when offline the accuweather core display's San Jose, CA as the weather location, even if its not set in the location settings. I'm sure this is caused by the code written in the core itself -but- I just want it to be noted, this default location should be taken out of the core code cause it raise's suspicions.
